Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Women Entrepreneurs Rock website and your participation in the WE Rock Expert community. By applying, scheduling a call, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an application.

The WE Rock Expert community is an invitation-only program for women entrepreneurs who want to serve, connect, collaborate, and grow together. Submitting your application grants you the WE Rock Expert designation and a place in the weekly rhythm. There is no cost to apply and no membership fee to join.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you apply or schedule a call. This includes your name, contact details, business information, bio, and headshot. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date. You understand that your bio and headshot may be used to introduce you to the community.

As a WE Rock Expert, you agree to follow the WE Rock Expert Code. In summary, you agree to:

• Serve first. Lead with value before promotion.
• Be authentic. Share your real knowledge and experience.
• Be respectful. Honor different businesses and opinions.
• Collaborate. Connect, refer, and celebrate rather than compete.
• Keep it professional. No drama, negativity, or inappropriate content.
• Follow the rhythm. Post according to the weekly schedule.
• No spam. No repeated promotion, unsolicited messages, or excessive tagging.
• Protect the community. Treat what is shared with respect and discretion.

The following are not permitted within the WE Rock community:

• Constant self-promotion.
• Posting the same content repeatedly.
• Spam or irrelevant links.
• MLM or recruitment spam.
• Political arguments.
• Offensive or discriminatory content.
• Attacking another member or business.
• Reposting someone's content without permission.
• Unwanted private messages.
• Content that does not align with the mission of WE Rock.

You retain ownership of the content you share. By posting in the WE Rock community, you grant WE Rock a limited, non-exclusive license to display, feature, and share your content within the community and across WE Rock channels for the purpose of highlighting your expertise. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you post and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.

When you select weekly posting slot(s), your selection is a soft pick until you submit your application. Slots are only confirmed once your application is submitted. If you change your mind, you may pick new slots and resubmit; your previously held slots will be released so another woman can take them. WE Rock may adjust the weekly rhythm, capacity, or schedule as the community grows.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent yourself or your business.
• Harvest or collect information about other members.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the site.
• Use automated tools to submit forms or scrape content.

The WE Rock community is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WE Rock does not guarantee specific business results, partnerships, or outcomes from participation. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for evaluating any advice, resources, or opportunities shared within the community.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WE Rock is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your participation in the community. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero given there is no cost to participate.

WE Rock may suspend or remove any Expert who violates these Terms or the WE Rock Expert Code. You may stop participating at any time by contacting us. Upon removal or withdrawal, your posting slots will be released and your information handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
