Women Entrepreneurs Rock ("WE Rock," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you apply to become a WE Rock Expert or schedule a call with our team, how we use it, and the choices you have. By submitting an application or booking an appointment, you consent to the practices described here.

When you apply to become a WE Rock Expert, we collect:

• Contact details: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
• Business details: business name, website, area of expertise, years in business, and social media handle.
• Application content: your reason for applying, a short bio, and a headshot photo.
• Scheduling details: the weekly posting day and time slot(s) you select.
• Agreement record: your confirmation that you agree to the WE Rock Expert Code.
• Referral source: how you heard about WE Rock.

When you schedule a call with our team, we collect:

• Contact details: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
• Appointment details: the date and time you choose, your time zone, and any notes you share about your question.

We also automatically collect limited technical information, such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site working and secure.

We use the information you provide to:

• Process your application and welcome you as a WE Rock Expert.
• Contact you about your application and next steps.
• Reserve and manage your weekly posting slot(s).
• Schedule and confirm calls with our team.
• Introduce you to the community using your bio and headshot.
• Improve our programs, content, and community experience.
• Send you relevant updates about the WE Rock Reawakening.

We do not sell your personal information. We tag members as "Expert" inside our community system so we can recognize and support your contribution.

We share your information only as needed to operate the program. This includes trusted service providers that help us manage contacts, calendars, and form submissions under written agreements that require them to protect your data. We may also share information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of WE Rock or our community.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to those who need it to run the program.

We keep your application and contact information for as long as you participate in the WE Rock Expert community, and afterward as needed for recordkeeping or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your Rights below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request that we delete your personal information.
• Withdraw consent for us to use your information.

WE Rock is intended for women entrepreneurs who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
